Before sketching, you will have to transfer 50% of the total price.

Before sending the final illustration in full resolution, you will have to transfer the remaining 50%.

Please send a screencap of the transfer confirmation after every payment.

Don't send me any payment before I agree to accept your commission.

If for any reason I’m unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.

If for any reason you decide to cancel the order, there won't be a refund of the first payment. Please consider this before requesting a commission.

Once the final payment is sent, there won’t be any refunds.

The commission will be 100% digital, through three phases: sketch, coloring and final details.

First, I’ll send you a sketch and color palette so you can revise and approve it.

I’ll keep you updated sending low-quality JPEG files with a watermark.

Once the sketch is approved, you can make up to 2 revisions for free (without altering the composition). Extra changes will be charged for $5 each.

The final piece will be sent through email as JPEG, in a resolution of 2500x2500 pixels, 300 PPI. The email will contain the artwork with my signature and a watermarked copy.

The illustrations can take up to two weeks to be finished, depending on factors such as health, revisions, complexity and my own work schedule.

After sending the sketch, major changes (of concept or composition) won’t be accepted. Once the final piece is sent, there won’t be any more revisions.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time for any reason.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned piece on my portfolio or social media.

If the illustration has many details, extra subjects or styled backgrounds there will be an extra charge.

If you want to share your commission on social media, please post the watermarked version and credit (tag) me.

I do not draw: NSFW, Gore, Mecha, Hentai, realism, political or hate content.

If you need a different file size or format, please let me know before sending the final mail. Editable files such as Ai, PSD or SVG, will have an extra charge.

If you wish for your commission to not be uploaded anywhere on the internet (social media or portfolio) please let me know before I start the coloring phase.

My illustrations are for personal use only. Please, do not use my artwork for profit in any way. If you want to use my work for commercial purposes there will be a different process, including additional conversations, documents and pricing.
